Change of Mind
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please double-check your items carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we’re here to help.
Please contact us at cardmaniafooty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and, once approved, provide return instructions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in original condition, including any packaging, sleeves, or graded slabs.
- Items must not be opened, altered, or used.
- We do not accept returns on opened packs, mystery packs, sale/clearance items, or custom orders.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit
- For approved returns, we will issue a store credit for the item value (excluding shipping).
- Store credit can be used towards any future purchase and is not redeemable for cash.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the law.
